Returns and annulations
In the case of complaints on your delivery you can e-mail your complaint to our general email address: email@example.com. Within two working days, you will receive a reply to your complaint.
Cooling-off period / Law Buy on distance
Since 1 February 2001, the law 'buy on distance' has been taken in effect. By this law, consumers have a stronger legal status, so even if the purchase is via the internet. According to the law there is a 'buy on distance' when consumer and seller have not seen each other at the time of purchase.
The following important enhancements with regard to the rights of consumers are included in the law 'buy on distance':
Consumers have a right to a cooling-off period of 7 working days after delivery of the product. They may return a product within that period, they only need to pay postage for the return. Snelbesteld does not charge administrative costs for the return of a product in the framework of law 'Buy on distance'.
The cooling-off period does not apply in the following cases:
- Purchases that have been made specially by order;
- Purchases where prior to the purchase a different or additional agreement is concluded between the buyer and the seller;
- CD's, videos and cd-roms of which the seal has been broken.
After receipt of the product you have a cooling-off period of 7 days in which you can, without giving any reason, terminate the contract and return or exchange the product. You will need to notify this within 7 days in writing (via e-mail or fax) and return the product to us (in the original, complete and undamaged packaging) undamaged, complete, unopened and unused. You pay the cost and take the risk of the return.
If you terminate an agreement, the invoice amount will be paid by Snelbesteld within 14 days to the account number which you have to write on the invoice. If you return a product you will need to send us the invoice, which you received with your order.
You can return a product and/or order to a designated address after contact with us. If there has been no contact in advance in writing or by telephone, we will not accept your return.
Incorrect deliveries and damages
If you find that the product that has been delivered to you, does not correspond to the product that you have ordered, you may not accept the product. In such a case, you must notify us immediately by means of a e-mail or fax.
Also when you note at delivery that your order has been opened or heavyly damaged, you may not accept the order. You must notify us immediately so that we can take the necessary steps and send you a new product.
NOTE: Check your order upon delivery directly to any damage. Claims for damages and/or exchange afterwards may not be taken into consideration.
Of course, it may happen that delivery of an order takes longer than desired. At Snelbesteld you therefore (almost) always have the possibility to cancel orders. Snelbesteld does not charge costs for the cancellation of an order. Only in the case it is a special order a cancellation is not possible. In these cases you will receive from us a message, and you should explicitly agree to this before we accept the annulation.
How to cancel?
The fastest and easiest way to undo your order, is by sending an email to our general email address firstname.lastname@example.org. In the mail please state the name of the order, the products and the order number. We would also like to know the reason of cancel. You will then within one business day receive a confirmation of the cancellation.
If your order has already been transferred to our delivery service, we will as soon as possible inform them. Nevertheless, it may happen that you are called for a delivery appointment the same day. We synchronize the data with our delivery partner once a day.
